Neal Thibodeaux – Production Manager
Neal has spent his entire life around Nursery plants and trees. He began working with his father Bob as a landscape laborer and through hard work gained invaluable experience and knowledge in tree planting and crew management. Neal has been working with Bob’s for over 15 years and has come in contact with every aspect of the business. He is one of the most versatile employees that work for Bob’s. His main responsibilities are to organize the working crews and get jobs scheduled and completed on time. Another of Neal duties involves getting the trees that are sold at the tree farm to the customer’s property and planted as to ensure a healthy transplant. With the uncooperative weather in Southern Louisiana, this can sometimes be a very difficult task. The successful transplanting of large trees is a tricky science and due to Neal’s years of experience Bob’s is very successful and proud of our transplant and planting service. Neal is also a International Society of Arboriculture certified Arborist and participated in several continuing education projects throughout the year. Staying up to date with the advances in the tree care industry is extremely important when it comes to providing the customer with the best tree care management in the area.
